Yes we can clean only one side of your house/business but we would highly recommend that we get the entirety of your house. We say that because if you spot mold or algae then it is most likely on the rest of your house & could lead to the backed up mildew on the not so cleaned side to spread all over the house. 

While it might be possible to do a good job power washing your own property it is also very easy for an inexperienced power washer to destroy their yard. Getting the exterior of your home cleaned by professionals will enhance curb appeal!
